Start it up. Put the A/C on High .Slowly get off the gas. If it keeps running the Mass Air Flow Sensor needs cleaning. It's an easy job. Google it Shops charge about $ 100.00 . This is the first thing I would check.
IAC its the same as the fast idle on a carb, its how comp controls cold starts **When this happened on my 1999 Dodge Durango it was a simple fix. Replace the Throttle Body Sensor. It is about 50$ at most auto retail stores.
check the idle speed motor
More than likely you have a warped front brake rotor. It would be best to have a mechanic inspect your brakes soon.

no i do not think that it could be the fuel filter, because the filter would choak the fuel compleatly out or mak it run like it is running out of fuel. the filter could be located under the body on the frame possible under the cab. possible spark plugs, or coil/distributor and could there be a leak in the vacuume system?
The Battery is dead... same thing happend to me... the only thing keeping your car going is the Alternator trying to charge everything... my car did that, ran every bit of 5 mins then shut down cause the battery barely could handle it, then jumped it again and kept foot on gas and it stayed running, turn car off then car died and wouldn't start again unless i jumped it.
The turn signal flasher on a 2004 Dodge Intrepid is located in the driver's side fuse box. The fuse box panel is not accessible unless the driver's door is open. It is to the left of the driver's foot controls on the outer side of the dash.
you can not die from it unless your foot falls off and the doctor cant help
Located under the glove box approx where left foot rests, two 8mm screws attach it to plastic housing, I use a 6"mirror & 8mm nut driver to remove it, do not confuse it w/ the round sensor wiring harness facing horizontally that has no screws.
