Dodge ram diesel 3500 and the air conditioner blows cold air when moving but when in park the ac is hot and the truck is starting to get hot and it makes a humming sound?

the humming sound is causing the heat? Your fan clutch has failed, or the radiator/condensor have dirt blocking airflow.
