I know LEGO stores sell Lego Minecraft, otherwise i don't know. Probably big retailer stores sell Minecraft T-Shirts. Otherwise, just get em' loots online on the store on the Minecraft website.

Currently Minecraft does not sell pre-paid cards. You can, however, buy gift codes on Minecraft.net(sort of like a virtual pre-paid card). In the future after Minecraft leaves beta there may be pre-paid Minecraft account cards, but there is no evidence that there ever will be.
You never buy Minecraft in any physical form, the only thing you could do in a store is buy one of the prepaid download cards that they sell for XBox live games. You'd still download the game in the same way as if you'd just bought it from Xbox Live though.
Minecraft the game cannot be bought in stores, only online... but if you mean the toys that they sell then I'm not sure, check the Minecraft store on Minecraft.net for more information about this.
