As with any other insurance policy it just depends on the level of coverage you purchased when you shopped for your home insurance policy.
If you see coverage for Accidental water discharge on your policy then you most likely are covered for any damages resulting from the aquarium spill.
If your unsure, Just call you insurance agent and ask if it's covered.
