Does America supplied f 16 fighter planes to India?

If I recall correctly, Lockheed Martin was looking at selling a special variant called the F-16 IN to India. However, India also wants to by the Russian Sukhoi Su-35, and this may affect whether or not India chooses to buy anther state-of-the art fighter. India might buy both though, since the F-16 has better ground attack and bombing capability, while the Su-35 is a better air superiority aircraft.

I do know that Pakistan operate F-16s.
