Apple does make an iPad with 32GB, but you have to purchase the external memory chip to do so. There are other makers out there that will have a 32GB available, and Apple is among them, but it is still in the works. You really shouldn't need that much space if you have a good internet connection to use with your iPad, and it make most of the difference.
