In "Lock and Key" by Sarah Dessen, Nate and Ruby do end up together by the end of the story. Their relationship develops as they support each other through personal challenges, ultimately leading to a deep emotional connection. The resolution of their story highlights themes of love, healing, and the importance of trusting others.
I guess if she regretted it, the best thing for her to do is to apologize to Nate. Nate is a straightforward king of guy, and he wouldn't appreciate it if he later found out after her attempts to lie or cover it up. Nate initially would be angry and might not take her back. If so, Blair should try and repair their friendship and regain his trust. Then, she might be able to win him back.
I dont know maybe they will, but i pray to god because they are the cutest couple, not dan and S dan always finds a better one in two seconds S should stay with nate FOREVER

Yes, at the end of the game they both end up together.
yes they end up together
Yes they are. Since they got Zach Blair they have been together, and I don't see them breaking up anytime soon.
I can't remember everything, but I believe that nobody actually ends up together. Every relationship was broken in this episode.. Dan got Georgina pregnant, Chuck sleeps with Jenny so Blair leaves him. Serena and Nate don't work out because of a photo posted to Gossip Girl by Jenny of Serena laying down in bed beside Dan. Jenny and Damien aren't together anymore either. Sorry if this was too much of a spoiler..
