Calcium hydroxide adopts a polymeric structure, as do the related hydroxides of the alkaline earth metals. The packing structure has layers of octahedral Ca centres. Strong hydrogen bonds exist between the layers.

This could be confused with resonance structure, which is in my opinion not valid.

no, the maximum number of bonds that Hydrogen can hold is 2 so double bonds cannot be made between the hydrogen or sulfur
