I disagree with the above response. It is my understanding that a Chapter 13 bankruptcy comes off your credit report seven years after the Order for Relief, and the Order for Relief is issued immediately upon the filing of the petition. So, the Chapter 13 should come off of your credit report seven years after the filing date.
