Yep. It probably doesn't even mean that the baby is moving around that much, just that you are feeling every movement he or she makes because they have taken over all the space in your abdomen. You could be feeling the rise and fall of the baby's chest as they breathe by this point. If every movement feels like a violent kick you may want to slow down on the caffeine or prepare for a kid that doesn't need much sleep though
