She thinks Isobel is dead, but in truth, Damon had turned her into a vampire. When Elena finds out, she is furious. Katherine comes back and pretends to be Elena. She kisses Damon and Damon fell for it. Stefan soon finds out and Caroline, Elena's other best friend, was turned into a vampire during a crash. The Gilbert device almost killed Damon but Stefan was there to save the day. It somehow affected Tyler Lockwood and his Father, the mayor. In result, the Mayor was killed along with all the other tomb vampires, but he wasn't one. Damon suspects something super natural about them. Could it be there is Werewolves among them?
