Is Dingobot a Supervisor?
Currently, DingoBot is a WikiAnswers bot that has the Supervisor badge. Dingobot will not be using Supervisor powers and his only job is to flag questions.
Can you flag a question as gibberish?
I believe that only DingoBot can do that. But members and supervisors can flag questions for:poor spelling/grammarthose that need more detailthose that are repetitive or have poor constructionlooking like they were copy and pastedone sidedinflammatory/offensive/bad languagehas a phone number or website
