Egypt throughout history has been host to numerous conflicts ranging from the Ancient Pharaoh's Wars with the Cyrenacians and Proto-Cyrenacians (modern east Libya), the Bedouins, the Nubians, the Hyksos, the Assyrians, and the Babylonians. Egypt was also militarily occupied and annexed by the Persian, Hellenic, Roman, and Byzantine Empires before being added to the the Rightly-Guided Caliphate. Egypt eventually split off into the Fatimid Caliphate which fought numerous battles in modern Tunisia and Israel/Palestine. Egypt was eventually overrun by Turkish Empires that fought numerous wars in Egypt, like those against Napoleon in 1799. Modern Egypt has fought several wars with Israel on Egyptian territory including the Arab-Israeli War of 1948-9, the Crisis of 1956, the Six-Day War of 1967, and the Arab-Israeli War of 1973, before making peace with Israel in 1979.
Yes and No.
Egypt is not currently embroiled in any international conflict with its neighbors. The Egyptian Government has its coldest relations with the Hamas Government of Gaza and with Israel. Egypt is currently undergoing national turmoil as Arab Spring is not resulting with the people being as empowered as they would have liked by the Army National Council.

Conflicts were plenty in ancient Egypt. They included the conflict with the Kushite Army, the conflict with Hyskos, and the conflict within its own society to pass laws rather than fight for what was needed. Compromises were made when passing these laws.

Not in conflicts of mankind but it is involved in the spiritual conflict between what one wants to do and what one should do at the light of Confucian ethics.
The last war that Egypt was in was the October War (also called the Ramadan War or Yom Kippur War) which it fought with Israel in 1973.
