Yes Florida has a buyers remorse law, it is: Any "home solicitation sale" has a 3 day right to cancel if it is for services, future services, cosmetics (of any value) or a product that costs over $25.00. Contract for Services has a 3 day right to cancel and a future clause for canceling the services if you are no longer able to receive them, or the service has changed (no definition of 'changed' exist in the law). I'm guessing from the category, that this is buyers remorse over an automobile sale. Basically there is no buyers remorse for that, however there are two things that can be brought up as; 1) Lemon laws 2) uniform commercial code. Lemon laws and the UCC can both be brought up if the car is not as described, fails to meet publicized expectations, etc. These are more complicated situations however, and an attorney is recommended.
