Does LimeWire always give you viruses?
Limewire doesn't always give your computer viruses. You would get a virus from Limewire if you downloaded a file with a virus in it. But if you use Limewire, you need to be really careful. A lot of Limewire's files contain viruses. Not every single one of them, but a lot of them contain a virus.
Can you get karaoke songs from your LimeWire?
Yes, you can, but I'd go with a different music downloading website simply because LimeWire has a LOT of viruses on it and my coach's friend lost his WHOLE COMPUTER BECAUSE OF THOSE VIRUSES. So I do NOT recommend it and I've tried LimeWire and did NOT like it at ALL.

Frostwire is okay. It doesn't have a lot of variety for me. and it always comes up with a web page with something about torrents. I don't recommend it, honestly.
How much is LimeWire pro?
$34.95 a month, but I don't recommend having Limewire simply because it has a LOT of viruses on it and my coach's friend lost his WHOLE COMPUTER because of those viruses. If you want to pay for music and video downloads, I'd go with 360 SharePro because I've tried it and Limewire *I did NOT like LimeWire*, and 360 SharePro will let you know if you are downloading something that has a virus in it.
What happened to limewire?
limewire is in a lot of trouble for doing or helping with the sharing of illegal downloads to music, videos, ebooks, etc. if you have visited it recently there is a legal court notice that blocks anyone from using the site. the limewire team have mentioned about making something new but in the mean time you can use frostwire, which is a tacky rip-off of limewire. its similar to limewire but not as good. it also doesnt have as much variety of songs. (but lets hope limewire makes something new). Thee new 1 is called " grooveshark"

I have a firewall and can still access limewire, it just wont let me download some songs as apparently they contain viruses. It may differ depending on your firewall operator. dont worry though as there is a lot of songs you can download with the firewall, aswell as a few you cant.

LIMEWIRE!!!!!!!! Limewire is great and all, if you want a lot of viruses. There is a site called Aimini.net, and it has to be ".net", and all you have to do is give them ur email and a password for their site, and you're good. They don't send you spam and and whatnot, and it is compatible with itunes, .wma files, quicktime, etc....most are itunes though.

LimeWire is best or not compare to utorrent?
If you want to use something that involves research and also involves finding tracks of albums individually, Limewire is your choice. uTorrent makes it easier to download whole albums, or even discographies. uTorrent gives you what you want and then some. There are much more sources available to download certain things. I recommend uTorrent. Plus limewire has heaps of viruses and utorrent supposedly has none but defiantly has a lot less They actually search separate networks, and are completely different and could be considered complimentary. I recently wanted a track and got it directly from http://dilandau.com/ This, for me, was faster than loading up Limewire or thinking about torrents - maybe everything will be done in the browser in future.
