Io, Jupiter's moon has active volcanoes of lava from magma caused due to tidal forces from Jupiter and large moons like Ganymede and Callisto. Triton, a moon of Neptune, and Enceladus, a moon of Saturn both are active with Cryrovolcanoes. These are volcanoes that give off water vapor, methane, ethane, ammonia, etc.
Ganymede and Io are both moons of Jupiter.
No. Ganymede is one of Jupiter's moons. There are no volcanoes on Jupiter.

The Jovian moon Io is certainly volcanic, spewing volcanoes of sulfur into orbit! Europa may have "ice volcanoes" caused by the cracking of the icy surface and exposing a liquid - possibly water! - in enormous plumes. This will take a lot more study to confirm. Ganymede _may_ have volcanoes; the math seems to predict them, but we haven't seen any yet. Ganymede does appear to have some sort of atmosphere, so it can't be ruled out.
