According to The Bible, God does indeed listen to all of your prayers.
Philippians 4:6,7 - " “Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with Thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.”
He will listen to your distress and will help you get through your trials. It is even said in the Bible that God actually figuratively collects our tears and remembers each one we shed in our distress. (Psalms 56:8)
The prophet Elijah was very lonely and afraid at one point. He was hunted by a wicked queen and he thought he was completely alone and it was him verses the world. God let him know that he was not alone though. God, himself, was with him and he also let Elijah know that there were many thousands of others just like him out there. (1 Kings 19:1-18)
Jesus made this promise to his followers: "And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” (Matthew 28:20)
The Bible comforts us that if we draw close to God, he will draw close to us. (James 4:8) So, you are never truly alone.
