Depends what you mean. If you have like facebook, twitter or myspace when you type your name into Google then it will most likely come up with you account or pictures of you.
If you mean when you go onto a website then no, it won't know who you are unless you type your details in somewhere.

Google knows only how to find the right website, it is a search engine. All that Google does is taking the search term and showing websites which have the term (or a similar word) on them.
