Yes. The wiring harness has a link and the radiator come with mounts and I would recommend using one , heat equates to wear, and if you are doing any tricky riding you want your bike to carry you over the rock not hiccup and stall leaving you with no place to put your feet, to ketch yourself.
Does Honda still make the Honda Civic SI ? That is a good question and I would have to unfortunately answer that with a no. Year 2005 was the last year for the make of this particular car.
Low coolant? Radiator plugged or restricted? Cooling fan not working? Water pump not circulating coolant? Thermostat not opening? Cooling system airbound?
Honda do not make the Accent model, that is made by Hyundai, you'd probably have more hope getting an answer if you repost question as Hyundai Accent

I changed the question from 2001-2005 to 2002-2005 because there was a generation change in there. In other words 2001 is different than 02-05. 2002-2005 Honda Civic Sedans and Coupes have different sizes (so take note of that). See sources and related links below and punch in the exact make, model year and the page will explain better than I can explain.
No, Honda does not make an Accord convertible.
The fuse for the washer fluid spray may be malfunctioning if it is not working on the 2005 Honda Civic. Check the fuse and make sure it not blown.
There are really only very few things that can go wrong with it. FIRST: Make sure you are looking at the main COOLING SYSTEM fan and NOT the A/C operated auxiliary cooling fan. Check the fuse/relay for the fan to make sure it isn't 'blown.' Then check the operation of the heat sensor (mounted in the engine block) that control the on-off cycle of the fan. Lastly check the fan motor itself to make sure it hasn't burnt out.
Yes Honda makes trucks. For example the Honda Ridgeline
Make: Honda Model: Prelude... what are you really asking?
You do not say the make of vehicle. For an Odyssey, which has that size motor, it should be 105,000 miles or 84 months.
All Honda Trikes are conversions.
