She would be left with no one and Jacob would feel extremely sorry to her but not come back. As for Edward, he would keep his distance. In the end Bella would have no one and learn her lesson about making choices. Then Edward might come back to the rescue because he isn't strong enough to stay away from Bella. Therefore, Bella would end up with Edward any way and she should chose the easier way (choosing Edward in the beginning) saving everyone from hardships and sorrow.
