Not as a matter of our weekly meetings. There are no 'cermonial rites' other than a prayer said to open a meeting and a prayer to close the meeting. Once a year we observe the death of our Lord Jesus Christ on the anniversary of the date of his death. This is a very simple observance using red wine and unleaven bread as symbols of Jesus blood and his body, just as he did in the year 33. Some may view this as a cermonial rite. Weddings, which are very similar to weddings done in any other church, that are conducted at the Kingdom Hall could also be considered cermonial rites.

Why are Jehovah witnesses using the most extreme pagan ritual you can imagine from sacrificing their own children to please their god and to prove their love for him as in AWAKE 1994 May 22?

This is entirely untrue. Infant sacrifices are illegal in most civilized societies and is not practiced by Jehovah's Witnesses. Jehovah's Witnesses do not practice child sacrifice and no edition of their magazine "The Awake" has advocated such a ritual. Please, consider verifying this source before speading malicious rumors. I'm certain that if you reread the article it will provide you with the truth and clear up the misconception. If, however, you heard it from someone, verify that source, as well before making the accusation. Further... Jehovah's Witnesses avoid pagan rituals and respect governmental laws; "infant sacrifice" or killing of babies is illegal in most countries and therefore contrary to both biblical and secular law. The Awake magazine (published by Jehovah's Witnesses) contains no mandate to sacrifice children or young babies since this would be offensive to their christians sensibilities.

Why do jehovah witnesses wear wedding rigs if it is a pagan ritual?

'pagan tradition' is quite different from 'pagan origins'. It is 'pagan tradition' to 'eat, drink, even to pray'. Jehovah's witnesses don't stop eating, drinking, and praying, just because the pagans follow that tradition.

What do Jehovah's Witnesses do to be confirmed?

Persons who study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses and who realize that they want to serve the true good, take a number of steps to do that. They would first, repent of their sins. They would do all they can to turn away from things that Jehovah disapproves of. The next thing that they would do would be to dedicate their life to doing Jehovah's will. Come what may. This is known as DEDICATION. There would then be some further steps leading up to baptism. Dedication is a private and personal step taken by them. It is not a sacrament or a ritual ceremony as in some religions of Christendom, but a realization through accurate knowledge of Gods word, a personal desire to do his will with the help of his word, holy spirit and organization of truth.
