It doesnt currently. The Kinect is for full body purposes at the moment, yet, im sure that Microsoft should be working on possibly an arcade shooter, if not a full title shooter
No, original Xbox games are not Kinect compatiable.

Yes, it is just that the new xbox 360 slim has a dedicated kinect port on the back of the xbox just above the Ethernet port. The old xbox requires an A/C adapter that came with the kinect so you can plug it into the xbox in the back or the front USB ports.
