Are you asking if the program itself can be used on the iPod? Or, are you asking if the song/files downloaded can be used on the IPOD? If your question is the latter, then yes, files/songs can be transfered and used on the IPOD. I don't know what kind of IPOD you have, but I don't think there are any Limewire "Apps" for the NEW IPODS.
