If you eat an excessive amount of fried fast food, yes, it will definitely make you sick. An occasional meal at McDonald's or any other fast food place will not make you sick. Eating a balanced diet and all things in moderation is the best advice.

Look I was taught, "You can go ahead and put diamonds on SHlT to make it look nice but it is still SHlT" I dont care how good it taste but its poison to me. I get sick eating there too. Its just bad food for humans cuz there is nothing real in there so of coarse your stomach rejects it. And the companies dont care as long as they break that bread they're gonna keep doing it and keep the government paid along with your medical bills wen you gotta go to the doctor cuz you've been eating mcdonalds, again paying the dotor along with the government. yes. fast food is very greasy, and admittedly not that good for you.(its not really food if it comes through the window of your car or is called the same thing in every language, i.e. the big mac) it could not agree with your stomach, or in long terms clog arteries...etc

your better off avoiding it and treating yourself on special occasions. I refrain from eating that crap for the most part and am considerably healthy/fit too

in my opinion i wouldent usually go to mcdonalds. you dont know what they put in the food to make it taste good. my friends tell me they always see hair on their meat and i do too. sometimes they give me raw meat.

It can, it depends on how much you eat and WHAT you eat! If you eat a Double Pounder, yes you will get fat, especially if you eat it with large fries and a large soda. If you don't want to get fat, eat something light. I always enjoy a salad or a couple of Fruit N' Yogurt Parfaits! I am a vegetarian, but in my opinion, McDonald's CAN make you fat... but remember it is all in what you eat and how much of it.

It is not if you consume on occasion and in a less amount. Ordering small meal items and less calories is better.
If you eat too much of it often, it could be dangerous to your health. Once in a while is alright...
