It is improper to call Mormonism a 'mythology'. Generally, the beliefs of religions that are currently in practice are called 'theology' or 'doctrine' rather than myth to avoid offending the adherents of these faiths.
No. Mormon beliefs and practices do not resemble myths and cults, and certainly not Satanism. Mormon worship services are not secretive, they are open to the public. There are certain prayers said for special ordinances such as blessing the 'sacrament' or communion, ordaining priesthood, baptizing, giving blessings, etc but these words are not secret and anyone is welcome to watch and listen when these things are being done. These prayers are considered sacred and are generally not repeated unless the ceremony is being performed, so you must be present at the service in order to hear them. Most religions, including Christian religions, have specific words or prayers that must be said to perform a certain rite or ordinance.
Mormons do not invoke spirits at all. They pray only to God the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ, as directed in The Bible. They do not call up or pray to any other spirits or beings of any kind.
If you would like to visit a Mormon worship service for yourself to see and hear some of the rites and ordinances they perform, check out the "Related Links" below to find a local congregation or contact local church representatives.

Don't confuse mythology with religion. Religion is the set of rites and practices and core beliefs. Mythology is the collected stories and folklore associated with a belief system. My religion can't become mythology, but the folklore and literature (i.e. the Bible) associated with it can. It could be argued that stories like that of Adam and Eve, or Noah and the Flood, are Judeo-Christian mythology.
