Short answer: Yes, but not as well as a GeForce of similar spec.
Long answer: Quadro cards are designed for professional applications, such as CAD, Video Editing, 3D animation and renering, etc, and are typically more expensive than their GeForce counterparts.
If you dont need a card for the aforementioned professional purposes, and just need a good gaming card, stick with the GeForce line, you will get much better results.

I've tried it with games such as COD5 and others and can say 8400 is not as powerful but looks better 7600 can handle more so is better for games
