If you are referring to surface gravity, then they are about the same. Neptune has a surface gravity of about 1.17g (17% greater than earth). Although Neptune doesn't have a true surface so the surface is defined as the point where the atmospheric pressure is the same as at Earth's sea level. (14.7psia). That said, Netune is 17 times more massive than earth and has a much stronger gravitational field.
