Most of Pennsylvania, except larger cities, are farmlands devoted to agriculture / crops, or the land is used for cattle, sheep, or chicken farming because the terrain is semi-rocky to mountainous. Almost all valley areas are rich farmlands with large family farms.

No, and yes. Pennsylvania has one of the longest Mountain ranges in the United States. The Appalachian Mountains, older than the Rocky Mountains, cuts diagonally from southern Maine to north of Atlanta, Georgia. In Pennsylvania, the Appalachian Mountains contains another set of Mountains called the Allegheny Mountains. Geologically, Pennsylvania boasts the "Pennsylvania Grand Canyon" is the northeast area of the state. In southwest Pennsylvania, in the area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is known in geology as the Pittsburgh Plateau, but the area is not flat. Most of Pennsylvania is rolling, rocky, mountainous hills with deep, lush, fertile valleys perfect for argriculture. Because of the rocky terrain, most farmers do sheep farming, but other farmers raise beef and milking cows. Pennsylvania has beautiful creeks, streams, rivers, and lakes.
