No, they don't guarantee delivery times. I believe they stopped that when they implemented the online ordering feature, due to the increase in order volume. If you order online, you'll be given an estimated arival time which is based on how many queued orders they currently have vs how many employees are working etc.

∙ 15y agoThey no longer guarantee 30 minute delivery, they did away with that some 20 years ago. They will do there best to get it there in 30 minutes, but the policy had led to some drivers being reckless and the company did not want the liability.
