Qwest does. Verizon has a plan. I think even comcast does.
Qwest provides DSL internet in Milwaukee for only $14.99 monthly, and Comcast and Verizon are two other options.
There are many well known national providers that have service in Minneapolis. Some of these companies are Qwest, Comcast, Earthlink, and Dish Network.
Qwest is an internet service provider, and they have several different packages available for varying usage and speeds. Their options vary in price according to the quality of service.
Comcast. Faster, easier, more HD channels, better quality, and best, NOT EXPENSIVE. Get Comcast if you want a real 3-way plan!
It is advertising. They will do or say anything to make it seem like their product is better. If you look at the fine print, it will probably say something like "...when compared to Qwest DSL 1.5Mb speed." It should be noted though that Qwest does not offer the 7Mb speed in all areas.
In order to qualify to receive a Qwest email account you have to have Quest as your internet service provider. You can find out if Qwest is available in your area as well as the packages they offer at the Qwest website.
I think you might mean Net Neutrality, though I might be wrong. Net Neutrality is a proposal that Internet Service Providers be prohibited from blocking certain websites (or slowing them down). For instance, it would prevent Comcast from blocking Qwest's website.
Qwest is the best. They have the best customer service, and great rates for you to setup internet. For sure, go with Qwest.
The services offered by Qwest DSL are high speed internet service. The Qwest company also offers services such as local phone, long distance service and wireless phone service.
Qwest Internet now does business as Centurylink. Centurylink offers high speed internet access to consumers, in addition to providing traditional phone service.
If you must have cable for your business, Comcast will likely be your only choice, unless you live well outside the area and are in another cable company's territory. So, your only other real choice would be Qwest for telephone and DSL internet service. Choosing the most cost effective will largely then depend on which services/packages you need. Comcast Cable may end up being more expensive, but if there aren't a lot of residential homes in your area, their internet service might be faster and more reliable than DSL.
