No. Xehanort's Heartless (the fake Ansem) looked like Ansem the Wise (the real Ansem) but a lot tanner.

Hm, I would say 1. Let's review the four "Ansems": 1.) There's Ansem the Wise, aka Diz, the "original" Ansem. 2.) His heartless is also called Ansem. Heartless Ansem was the only one who claimed to be the original Ansem, so that's why only he is really an imposter. 3.) Ansem's nobody, Xemnas (Ansem remixed + an x), looks almost exactly the same as heartless Ansem, but this one does not claim to be anyone but what he is. 4.) But if you really want to split hairs, you could count Riku as one of the "Ansems" after his appearance was transformed to look exactly like heartless Ansem. He changes back later on. Convuluted, no? :)

Ansem the Wise, is the original Ansem, in KH 1 the Ansem they go by is a heartless, with the replica of his understudy, who is the same as Xeanhort from KH 2, Ansem the Wise is the Ansem that made the Ansem reports. Ansem the Wise is the body of Ansem Heartless (KH 1), Xeanhort is the nobody of that heartless, and he is Terra from Birth by Sleep, who was infused heart and soul with Master Xeanhort, the old man from the trailer. Sorry for the spoiler. Terra and Master Xeanhort were fused and that is why he is younger than Master Xeanhort, nd hwy he looks like Terra.

Ansem/Maleficent convinves Riku to give into darkness so that he may obtain dark powers which he thinks he can use to regain Kairi's heart. However, Ansem is really just using Riku as a host. So technically, he doesn't turn into Ansem; the two are still different people.

How did Sora find Riku?
In the first game when sora comes back to traverse town riku kills a heartless in front of sora,donald, and goofy but he leaves after Sora offers him to join them. Sora then see's Riku in different worlds for brief moments after a little bit of talking. Finally at Hollow Bastion they fight for real. Riku takes his keyblade but after proving his heart is stronger he gets it back. Later when he finds him he is being controlled by Ansem(Xenhort Heartless) and defeats him. When Sora and the others finally kill ansem riku and king mickey are behind the door to darkness or kingdom hearts and in order to stop they have to seal it. In chain of memories at castle oblivion riku and sora are both there but sora is on the upper floor while riku is at the bottom. At points Sora fight a fake riku think he is the real one but is told later he's fake. Riku however fights him to because when the fake knows he's fake he want the real one to die so he won't be a shadow. When riku finds sora he's already asleep to get his true memories back. In Kingdom Hearts 2 Riku know looking like ansem (shown in 358/2 Days) he distances himself because he turned into ansem and is ashame. But when kairi shows sora that it's still riku they join forces. When ansem the wise's machine explodes he is normal. At the end they all go home.

Riku(normal) was the boy on the island, dark Riku was the heartless lord, with the armor previous to ansem, seeker of darkness infiltrating his body, where he is named Riku-ansem. Riku with the cloak is called cloaked Riku, and Riku that looks like ansem, seeker of darkness doesn't have it's own designated name. Claification, dark Riku is the Riku wearing the heartless armor, commands heartless and works for maleficent before ansem, seeker of darkness abducts him.
