It varies depending on your plan. You should contact your provider to find out for certain before using such features.
Yes. Twitter requires Internet access on your phone, therefore, it has nothing to do with your text limit. It depends if you have a plan that allows you to access Twitter for free. No it doesnt . if you're gonna send your tweets to 40404 , it dont requires internet access .
Unless you have a mobile phone plan that supports Twitter, then yes, Twitter will charge you money.
No. There is no charge at all Twitter is free
No, Twitter is a free service.
it will not charge you but it will charge them if they don't have unlimited texting.
No a Twitter account is free just like Facebook and MySpace
Yes, sadly :(

I don't think so.
Although alot of people might argue on this subject tmobile is NOT better than AT&T. Tmobile is the type of provider that will take you for all your worth. I have watch tons of people get tmobile and never be satisfied. Ive seen phones crashing right after being taken out of the boxes and ive seen peoples bills go up to $200 dollars for just one phone and that's with unlimited texting and only unlimited nights and weekend calling and this person never did anything wrong. i trust at&t because they are a more reliable service and if soemthing goes wrong with your phone they will be glad to fix it more than likely free of charge. and their prices arent outragously high. Yes. they are right. at&t beats t-mobile and Verizon by a long shot. Verizon and t-mobile scam people just for their money. Switch to at&t. I guarantee you will not go back.
Microsoft updates are free. They are a part of Microsofts maintenance and support. The updates help fix bugs with the software installed on your PC. Your Internet provider might charge you but not the actual software.
Unless you have a data plan you will be charged.
