No fuses are fuses no difference.Take one of yours out and check for size of fuse with unnamed ones from your local auto shop..

In a 1993 Corolla the fuses for the taillights are up under the dashboard. Left of the steering wheel. Behind the fold down coin holder, and a REAL pain to get to. One of the very few things I don't like about my Corolla, accessibility of that fuse box
I would check the fuses. if all fuses look okay then check the wiring. if the wiring looks fine i would recommend taking it to a shop.
Remove the "For Storage Only" caompartment on the left hand side of the steering wheel and you will see the fuses there. The compartment has a guide for the fuses printed on the back of it.
