No. At the UPS I worked at there was a 5-7 year wait to "Go Driving" in Richmond, VA. Everything is based on seniority, so most likely you'd need to be there closer to 10 years.

Not from the post office but the delivery service ( UPS, DHL, Ect.) will usuall have a delivery center located somewhere near your location. They will hold the package and you can pick it up. You must have a package identification number and an ID.
