No. Disney does not provide transportation to non-Disney parks (like Universal Studios). You can take a taxi, shuttle (from Mears), or rent a car if you want to visit Universal while staying at Pop Century.

Depending on where you stay (I stayed at Shades of Green in 2014 which is a Disney Resort) & they provided a shuttle to Universal Studios, but there was only ONE shuttle that left early in the morning (around 10 if I recall) & returned in the evening (around 7). If you missed it you were out of luck, while the Disney shuttles ran every 30 minutes or so.

I think you're thinking of Hollywood Studios which is one of the Disney Parks within Disney World and then Universal Studios which is near the Disney property. Both are located in Orlando, Florida. However, Universal Studios Hollywood is the California location of Universal Studios theme park.
There is a jaws ride at universal studios Orlando
Disney's Hollywood Studios was originally called MGM Studios, but is now called Hollywood Studios, it is nothing to do with Universal :)
Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World are located approximately 15 miles from each other, just a short drive down I-4. You can take you own car, or use a taxi service (which will run about $30). There are no free shuttles between Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World.
The Pop Century resort & Universal Studios are a half hour away [depending on traffic] from each other so you'll have to either rent a car or take local transportation [as in a bus or taxi]
The distance between Universal Studios (Orlando) and Walt Disney World is about 16 road miles.
It is at Universal Studios, about 12 miles from Disney Maingate.
no , universal studios is a separate theme park. Hollywood studios is part of Disney world
Walt Disney world universal studios
Pretty far since Disneyland is in Anaheim and Universal Studios is in Hollywood
No. Minions are not a Disney creation. They were created by Illumination Entertainment & Distributed by Universal Pictures which is why they are featured at the Universal Studios theme park.
