Looking in Google Earth, I see a number of rivers. I do not see any natural lakes, but there are several reservoirs, artificial lakes created by damming the rivers.
There are natural lakes like Grand Lake and man made lakes like Powell and Mead.
The Iowa Great Lakes
There are no US states that have no lakes at all. If estuarial lakes are excluded, then Texas may be said to have only one (possibly 2) naturally formed lakes. Maryland is said to have no lakes because they are all "ponds" (i.e. smaller than lakes).
