(Around 700 million users) Hotmail comes in second(although I still cannot find any reason why they would want to use it.)(Around 400 million users) Gmail comes in third(only because it is a very new webmail service)(Around 50 million users)

Yes! Hotmail is VERY bad! I used to have it, but it really slowed my laptop up and let viruses in. You should use Yahoo e-mail or g-mail. They are the best choices. WANRING: Do NOT use hotmail! Hotmail = viruses!
