Yes there is a pcv valve. It depends on what kind of engine you have but they are usually located on the top of one of the valve covers with a hose going to it. It should just pull out and a good way to test it is to shake it. if it rattles then it is probably ok, but this is such a cheap part (usually) that if it has a lot of miles on it then just replace it.
