To remove the headlight unit from Vauxhall Vectra SRI 1999, first remove the cover and disconnect the wires by pulling outwards. Push each side of the pin outwards until it releases. Then remove the headlight unit.
On the fuse box cover there will be a daigram to show you the fuse layout. Normally its fuse location 15.
Youll need to remove the air box if its on a vectra B. Then remove the cambelt cover. There should be a bolt between the cam pullies, undo it and left out sensor. Then put everything back in reverse

On the right side there is a button, push down on it, and lift up the cover.
if u mean the egr valve it is on top of the inlet manifold you will find it under the plastic cover on top of the engine if u remove the 3 star shaped bolts
Normally oil leaking from the top of an engine is a sign that you have a leak at a valve cover. The cover may be loose or the gasket may be defective. Tighten the valve cover bolts to no more than 5 lb/ft of torque. If that does not stop the leak, the gasket will need replacing.
They don't need much tightening, just enough so as not to leak. The Haynes Manual says 8 n.m. but that's not much at all so add a quarter to half a turn. The following sites are have a lot of vauxhall information: http://www.vvoc.com http://www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk
