They don't need much tightening, just enough so as not to leak.

if its a vectra b (95 -01) then its under the steering wheel there is a recess you put your hand in and pull it. on the cover you pulled off its stamped on there?
On the fuse box cover there will be a daigram to show you the fuse layout. Normally its fuse location 15.

Youll need to remove the air box if its on a vectra B. Then remove the cambelt cover. There should be a bolt between the cam pullies, undo it and left out sensor.Then put everything back in reverse
take out glove box remove light for glove box it right in front
in the battery box pull up cover
It's under the right hand side of the steering wheel.

the fuse board is to the right of the steering column, also there are a couple of others under the bonnet in and amongst a few relays.
there a little box on the back of your alternator called a regulator it needs replacing get it from your local scrappy
