If equipped it is mounted under the dash on the passenger side 'A' pillar. You need to remove the under dash trim, remove two nuts, and pull amp out.
if you have an factory infinity system they usually have a small inline amp at each speaker. not built into the factory deck. you have to remove or wire arround each amp before you install an aftermarket deck. or you'll just get humming and static. In the trunk on the driver side wall,under the carpet.
