I don't think so, they're two totally different headlight assembly's, but then again I may be wrong, auto companys are always using the cheaper way out. Just take it apart anyway, and record your steps as you go so you'll be able to put it back together.
it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.
It is not a cover, the headlight is a sealed assembly.
You have to unbolt the entire soft bumper and remove. The dealer did this on my car to replace the headlight assembly.

there are two screw right on top of the frame near the headlight itself..those will release the headlight assembly.

Open the hood of the engine compartment. Remove the wiring harness from the headlight. Remove the retaining bolts from the headlight assembly. The headlight unit will come out. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
No it won't. The SRT-4, along with other 2003-2005 Dodge Neons have a different headlight mount assembly than 2000-2002 Dodge Neons. If it was 2003-2005 it would fit.
