If it has the 3.5L(EGG) V6. The 3.5 as opposed to the 3.3 is the fact that the camshaft is timed to the crankshaft with a BELT rather than a CHAIN. The water pump is also driven by the timing belt on the 3.5, whereas on the 3.3, the accessory belt drives it. Yes your Chrysler engine has a Timing Belt! CHANGE IT along with the waterpump.
