Yes. It will fit. However, there are things to take into consideration. 1 being your frame. Can it handle the torque? If it's an engine that will be built, you'll need to box your frame. 2, you're firewall/cowl. Because the this engine mounts differently than the original inline 6, you'll need to nock the firewall back ABOUT 3''. Some other things to think of is the transmission, cross member, and the floors. Example: What kind of transmission linkage will you be using? Floor shift will require some modifications to your floors.
