no, after '93 the interior style changed along with the door panels, they will fit on the door, but you will not be able to close the door unless you have the '94 and up dash
Remove any visible screws then pry it off. It is attached by a number of plastic connectors. You will need to replace those.
If it is a 5.0 from a 1991-93 Thunderbird/Cougar, then yes
If they both share the same engine, yes
no different door the 93 will fit small on the 95

There is one underneath the driver's side dash panel near the door panel and a long strip of fuses underneath the hood that says fuse panel.
