Remove any visible screws then pry it off. It is attached by a number of plastic connectors. You will need to replace those.
On the drivers side up under the dash you will see the fuse panel close to the drivers door

pry off the plastic insert around the door handle and remove the screw that you see under there, disconnect any electrical connections between the door and the panel, now lift up on the door skin and it will come off.

Take out all screws that hold the trim and the panel that holds the power switches. Remove the panel that holds the swithches and take out the screws that remain. there is also a screw down next to the light at the bottom of the door. once all screws are out, lift up on the panel and it will slide right off.
