it says they are preset to .044 inches and they do not need adjusting. check them to make sure they are correct though.
Bosch Platinum 2 has a "No Gap" for the 02-04 Trailblazer. I found it at 4.97/ea at advanced auto parts. Just remove the old and put in the new, no gapping is a plus.
bosch sparkplugs are factory set and dont require any gapping after purchase, I own a 93 g-20 myself and I also run bosch quad 4 sparkplugs, several mechanic shops have advised me in the past to run ngk sparkplugs in my g-20 but I prefer bosch products. Good luck, I hope that this information was helpfull to you
80 platinum bosch plug make 1 gram of platinum .
Don't do it. Bosch Platinum +4 plugs are not designed for your Ranger. Use the correct Autolite plugs. I believe they are called "dual platinum" or something like that.
The specified spark plug gapping for the 1992 Dodge Dakota with the 2.5L L4 is .035-inches. The Bosch OE Platinum part# is 8118. As in many modern replacement plugs they come already gapped from the factory,
I USE BOSCH PLATINUM

There are several different "Bosch" spark plugs that don't need to be gapped (actually gapping them will damage them) that are perfect for Ford Thunderbirds!!!
It would be best to use the newer platinum plugs bosch makes a good plug It would be best to use the newer platinum plugs bosch makes a good plug
they should come pregapped. you can mess up platinum plugs by gapping them. for all regular plugs though the gap is 0.040 inch for all 2000 tru 2003 durangos and dakotas except 4 cylinder engine gap for that one is 0.035 inch.
bosch platinum
Factory gap is 0.044. Also (and most people will argue this point) stay away from plugs like the Bosch platimun 4 (with 4 fingers) or the 2's. NGK makes a great plug in both copper and platinum, copper is also factory, but I like the platimuns better muself (Bosch makes good plugs too, don't get me wrong, I have all Bosch wiring on my Galant) but stick with the factory gap for best performance. The ECU is calibrated for that specific gap, so don't get suckered into buying some high dollar irridium or platinum non gapped plugs that are suppose to give you a couple extra horses. They are a way of money! My 2000 Galant 2.4L is custom turbocharged and that was the first thing my mechanic did was through out my Boach platinum 4's and told me to get plugs with the factory gap!!!!
