bosch sparkplugs are factory set and dont require any gapping after purchase, I own a 93 g-20 myself and I also run bosch quad 4 sparkplugs, several mechanic shops have advised me in the past to run ngk sparkplugs in my g-20 but I prefer bosch products.

NGK Iridium if you don't mind paying $9 or more per plug. I personally like Bosch and have Bosch Platinum +2 in my 92 Accord.
There is no plug wires on a J30, you just unbolt the coil pack that's on top of the spark plugs and then change your plugs, after your finnished changeing the plugs you just reinstall all the coil packs on top of the spark plugs, but becarefull you don't break any of your coil packs, they will cost you.
Remove the spark plug wires from your 1993 Chevy Astro spark plugs. Remove the spark plugs with a 5/8 deep well socket, by turning the socket to the left. Reverse the process to install the new spark plugs.
I don't know what the "best" are but I am running Bosch Platinum 2 plugs and I like them. The box says "If you don't feel the difference, Bosch will pay for the plugs". I'm running Platinum 4 plugs, they fire better than the Platinum Twos but a little more pricey. I think they're 7 something a plug.

The spark plugs are located on each side of the engine. A V8 engine will have four spark plugs on each side. The spark plugs are usually near the bottom of the engine.
