I don't know what the "best" are but I am running Bosch Platinum 2 plugs and I like them. The box says "If you don't feel the difference, Bosch will pay for the plugs". I'm running Platinum 4 plugs, they fire better than the Platinum Twos but a little more pricey. I think they're 7 something a plug.
For a person looking to buy a Lincoln Mark VIII, Auto Trades would be one of the best places to help in their search. The Lincoln Mark VIII was built from 1993 to 1998 and would be hard to find new, on a car dealership, as the majority are used.

Best bet is E-Bay
The best bet would be to do a Google search and you'll get an answer.
They run best on premium but you could get away with regular but the MPG and the performance will suffer.
Your best bet is E-Bay, there's a few guys there that sell Mark Vlll parts only so that is where I'd look.
no one makes one that im aware of. have seen one that was hand crafted out of fiberglass...functional at best
Pull the dash trip off gently from bottom to top, (just the dash trim by the climate control) and there will be 4 screws on the climate control module. Its best to buy a used 1996-1999 Mark VIII Climate Control module, since they have "Hard Buttons" on the climate controls. Pull out the old one, and replace with the new model. Newer model climate control modules are totally compatible w/the 1993-1996 models.

Autolite plugs work pretty good but I found Motorcraft plugs to work the best
