Although I'm not aware of any that do, it is possible that some may.
Most vehicles, instead of a main "fuse" have what is called a "Fusible Link."
A Fusible Link is nothing more than a piece of wire who's size is specifically selected to "act like" a fuse, and melt in two IF the current [current is measured in Amperes (Amps)] flowing through it is above the designed maximum current limit.
Fusible Links are usually installed "right up front," first in the electrical system between the battery and the rest of the vehicle's electrical system.
Main fuse.
If replacing the main fuse does not make the repair, it is likely another fuse is also blown. Sometimes fuses will blow all along a circuit.
There should be a diagram on your fuse panel cover. Barring that, it might be in your owner's manual.
Main fuse is black and 100 amp fuse is a safety fuse controling all elect part in your car like a house braker. If your in a crash and a short happen this main fuse will pop frist not brune up all elect parts hope this help you tony
Don't know if this will help but the main fuse cluster for the car is inside the car on the left hand side of the car under the dash. My manual does not identify the interior dome light fuse, however the door of the fuse compartment should help some what. Look at fuse #5 courtesy lamps.
just replace it and make sure you undo whatever you did to blow it.
"Main fuse"? Fuses are located in the under hood fuse box."Main fuse"? Fuses are located in the under hood fuse box.
it should be above your climate contol area. you will see a button between the 'rear heat' and the other switch. press that button in, and remove the cap on top and you will find your main fuse box.
There are several locations of fuse panels in the car. the main one is down by the drivers kick panel, another is by the passengers kick panel and yet another is in the main engine compartment. I hope this info helps.
The Main fuse is in the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side. It is a 100 amp fuse.
"Main sockets" is referring to fuse sockets, particularly the main fuse sockets for a fuse panel.
It depends what fuse but yes it is possible. If it is the ignition fuse then yeah your car won't start. If it is the fuse for your horn, yeah the car will still start.
